I was going to post pictures from our recent visit to Bean, the new restaurant just north of the bridge at Ak'bol yoga retreat and eco-resort for the life of me I cannot find them.

Could be I was a bit overzealous in my slash and burn deleting spree earlier this week? Oops did I say that out loud? I guess I will have to bite the bullet go back there soon eat more food and enjoy the lush tropical surroundings and take more pictures - big sigh - yeah right actually I am smiling at the thought.

I will leave you to go check out the new Ak'bol website and say that I was hooked from the minute I saw the waterfront view and all day breakfast on the menu.
